We do not target a population and market outward. We remain within our Home and the elderly poor who come to us are accepted in. Diversity will come and go depending on who shows up at the door step.

Will this be taken into account since we do not discriminate; we accept all that come.
Will this disqualify us from grant funds?

We are a faith-based organization serving United Methodist churches in Central Indiana. Diversity for our board includes ensuring representation across our district and ensuring that there is equitable urban, rural and suburban church representation. We are looking at compiling a detailed diversity strategy statement this year to include in our bylaws.
