We’ve all felt the excitement, stress, concern, enlightenment, new life, etc. over the last three years on this journey to create a more equitable Central Indiana. Amazing and fundamentally profound work is never easy. I thank you for all you’ve done to be impactful and simply lean into this critical work.

One thing that is very clear, we’ve done A LOT in a short time. It’s almost hard to believe. And yet, at the same time, we can look up on any given day and think we have done so little. Please know, we have done SO MUCH and there are many local—as well as national—eyes on us, learning and desiring to do what we’ve only just started.

All that being said, we need to document our work. If we don’t start making this a normal process in this journey, we will lose it. I’m asking everyone to join me and the rest of the EST team in—not only capturing the information—but also maintaining the process.

Please use the form below to indicate ways you are putting what we learn to practice at our foundation. It can be small or big, or even just the seed of an idea. That’s okay! Please fill it out as yourself rather than your entire department. It’s okay if items are duplicated.
