A new and improved CICF Connect coming soon

We’ve heard your feedback about the challenges you have had in working with CICF Connect, and we’re excited to share that a re-imagined and redesigned version will launch this summer!

The new version of CICF Connect makes interacting with your fund statements much easier. You will no longer need to wait for CICF to mail a fund statement or contact your philanthropic advisor for updates. With the new CICF Connect, all current and past fund statements will be available electronically, so you can readily access your current fund balance and spendable, gifts into your fund and grants awarded from your fund—including any pending and future grant payments. You will also be able to filter this information based on a custom timeframe, by an area of interest, or by geographic region. If you have multiple funds, this information will be available both separately and cumulatively.

We’ve also made it easier to see who currently has access to your fund and what their level of access is. If you need to make any changes, you’ll be able to send the request directly from CICF Connect.

And the most exciting news of all?

We’ve also made it possible for you to electronically request distributions! The request page is similar to the document you’ve been filling out, but we’ve streamlined the process, so it now goes into our system directly, rather than you having to email and wait for confirmation.

Please don’t hesitate to contact your philanthropic advisor, Heather Woock, with any questions or concerns. Once the new CICF Connect launches this summer, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions on how to use new features. Stay tuned for upcoming communications about the new CICF Connect, including a mailed letter confirming your email address, so you have correct login credentials.
