Power Understood: Imotep Adisa, Michael Huber, and Pamela Ross

We have many great examples throughout our communities, but one of the most exciting has been happening right in the heart of the city. 

I recently had the opportunity to interview Imhotep Adisa, co-founder and executive director of the Kheprw Institute, and Michael Huber, president and CEO of Indy Chamber, to talk about how two individuals from polar opposite spaces in the structures of power found a middle ground to learn and build together. The Indy Chamber is establishment — over 100 years of advocacy and support for economic development and business membership in the City. Kheprw Institute is community at its core – empowerment through self–mastery, focusing on youth and coaching young adults to be leaders, critical thinkers and doers.  The way these two leaders are learning from each other and supporting each other is an example we all should follow. Let’s listen.
