Here to share a little of the history of this neighborhood and the woman who helped to make it are Nasser Paydar, chancellor of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis… and A’Lelia Bundles, writer, journalist and biographer…and great–great granddaughter of Madam C.J. Walker.
