Mayor Hogsett Appoints Molly Wilkinson Chavers to CICF, The Indianapolis Foundation Boards
Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF) has announced new members for its board, as well as the boards of its affiliate, The Indianapolis Foundation and two funds: Women’s Fund of Central Indiana and The William E. English Foundation Inc. These changes are effective immediately.

The CICF board of directors will continue to be led by chair, Greg Hahn, partner at Bose McKinney Evans LLP; vice chair, Aasif Bade, founder and president of Ambrose Property Group; treasurer, Kathy Davis, systems advisor to Mayor Joe Hogsett; and secretary, Mike Simmons, retired CEO of T2 Systems.
NEW DIRECTORS
Molly Wilkinson Chavers, community volunteer and former executive director of Indy Hub, was appointed by Mayor Joe Hogsett to the boards of The Indianapolis Foundation and CICF for a 6-year term. Marianne Glick, chair of Glick Philanthropies, returns to the board for a 3-year term after a mandatory 1-year break.
Hamilton County Community Foundation, a CICF affiliate, will be represented on the CICF board of directors by chair, Jay Merrell, executive vice president of Industrial Dielectrics; vice chair, Lisa Allen, not-for-profit consultant; and past chair, Ann O’Hara, attorney at law for Law Offices of Ann M. O’Hara, P.C., who remains on the board.
RENEWED DIRECTORS
Lee White, vice president of Bosma Enterprises; and Marisol Sanchez, vice president and general counsel at Endress+Hauser Inc., have each been renewed for a third 3-year term on the CICF board of directors.

The Indianapolis Foundation has elected new leadership in 2019: board chair, Kathy Davis; vice-chair, Milt Thompson, of counsel for Bleeke Dillion Crandall Attorneys; and secretary, Cindy Simon Skjodt, community volunteer.

Molly Wilkinson Chavers was appointed by Mayor Hogsett to join five other appointed directors on The Indianapolis Foundation board for a 6-year term. Chavers replaces Jerry Semler, who is leaving the board after six years.

The William E. English Foundation owns and oversees operations of the English Foundation Building, the low-cost home to several not-for-profit organizations, including CICF.
Board leadership for 2019 includes president, Milt Thompson; vice-president, Cindy Simon Skjodt; and secretary-treasurer, Bill Shrewsberry, of Shrewsberry and Associates. Molly Wilkinson Chavers will also begin her first six-year term.
